Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Bilingual, French Speaking Inside Sales Representative, to work out of our Montreal branch.

Skills and Responsibilities :

• Receiving and accurately processing orders
• Providing customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirements
• Analyze and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Assisting in developing project bids
• Creating and maintaining customer records
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bilingual : Must speak, read and write fluently in French
• A Post-Secondary degree is preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales and / or customer service experience
• Previous steel-related experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Driven and results-oriented
• Highly organized with a strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team player with the ability to do what is necessary in the interest of providing exceptional customer service
