What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentations using B2B and B2C skills
- Build client relationships and develop new strategies for customer retention
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in both French and English
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission
- Strong understanding of the sales process, client relationship management, and negotiation techniques
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
