Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional in Hamilton, Ontario to process rental quotations, reservations and contracts. You will establish new rental and sales accounts, negotiate pricing, and dispatch delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will also generate leads, service dormant accounts, and keep the showroom well-stocked. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus a valid driver's license are required.

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.

• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies in accordance with pricing policies and procedures.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery.
• Generate leads for new business and communicate leads with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, sufficiently stocked with merchandise.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
