Job summary

United Rentals is hiring an Inside Sales Rep for the Fluid Solutions branch. You will serve as a key customer contact, recommend solutions, quote and fulfill orders for equipment and services based on customer needs.

You will focus on fluid solutions equipment rental and supply, building relationships and providing excellent service. You will process quotations, reservations, and contracts, establish new accounts, educate customers on equipment use, and coordinate with branch teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service settings.
• Familiarity with equipment rental or industrial products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the rental business for fluid solutions products and services.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts via walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers on proper equipment use and safety.
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
