Roofmart in Canada is seeking an Inside Sales representative to be the first point of contact for customers shopping in-store or calling the branch. You will close sales, manage daily reports, and support purchasing while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in retail, business, accounting, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with customers in-store or by phone at the branch.
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing.
• Provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and help acquire new customers.
• Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as required.
