  • Support Account Managers by ensuring they are always equipped with the right information, making them look great in front of their customers.
  • Coordinate with distributors and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery across both the U.S. and Canada.
  • Jump in where needed—whether that means pulling product samples, taking last‑minute photos, or providing hands‑on support at trade shows.

This role is not about marketing or calling, it is about execution, organization, and ensuring the customer experience is exceptional. You will gain more hands‑on experience in one year than in five years at most agencies, all within a fast‑growing (500% growth over the past decade), friendly, and collaborative team environment in our newly renovated workspace.

About CTI

CTi Living is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high‑quality plastic planters and containers for both indoor and outdoor use, proudly serving the floral, greenhouse, and home décor industries. Since 2003, we have been designing, manufacturing, and wholesaling decorative and functional planters across North America and the UK, combining style, durability, and functionality in every product we create.

Today, our products are trusted by over 400 greenhouse growers and sold through major national retailers, including Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, Lowe’s, Loblaw Companies, Kroger, Canadian Tire, and Menards, as well as a wide network of independent garden centers and décor retailers.

What sets CTi Living apart is our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and customer service. From ready‑to‑use designs to fully customized solutions, we offer a diverse range of products tailored to the unique needs of our partners. Using advanced injection moulding and thermoforming processes, we bring creativity to life—whether it’s a rustic “stone” pot that feels as though it came from an Italian villa or a glossy cobalt “ceramic” design fit for a modern gallery.

Over the years, we have grown into an international team driven by collaboration and continuous improvement. We take pride not only in our products but also in our customers’ success, believing that real growth happens when we grow together.

Our mission is bold yet simple: to revolutionize the planter industry—one pot at a time.
