CTi Living is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high‑quality plastic planters and containers for both indoor and outdoor use, proudly serving the floral, greenhouse, and home décor industries. Since 2003, we have been designing, manufacturing, and wholesaling decorative and functional planters across North America and the UK, combining style, durability, and functionality in every product we create.
Today, our products are trusted by over 400 greenhouse growers and sold through major national retailers, including Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, Lowe’s, Loblaw Companies, Kroger, Canadian Tire, and Menards, as well as a wide network of independent garden centers and décor retailers.
What sets CTi Living apart is our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and customer service. From ready‑to‑use designs to fully customized solutions, we offer a diverse range of products tailored to the unique needs of our partners. Using advanced injection moulding and thermoforming processes, we bring creativity to life—whether it’s a rustic “stone” pot that feels as though it came from an Italian villa or a glossy cobalt “ceramic” design fit for a modern gallery.
Over the years, we have grown into an international team driven by collaboration and continuous improvement. We take pride not only in our products but also in our customers’ success, believing that real growth happens when we grow together.
Our mission is bold yet simple: to revolutionize the planter industry—one pot at a time.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and Account Managers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You will be the backbone of day‑to‑day sales support, ensuring orders are processed flawlessly and customers receive the highest standard of service.
Enter, track, and manage all customer orders with precision, ensuring every detail—SKU, pricing, colour, size, delivery dates—is accurate.
Sales Coordinator, Supervisor / Account Managers
We take pride in the office environment we’ve built—it’s modern, collaborative, and filled with talented colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together. This role is 100% in‑person at our Etobicoke office, where you’ll be surrounded by a supportive team that values communication, teamwork, and shared success.
The position is structured as a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM role, but occasional flexibility may be required to meet tight deadlines or handle time‑sensitive customer needs. While the Account Managers are often on the road meeting with clients, you will serve as their trusted proxy in the office, ensuring customers receive timely, professional service and that nothing falls through the cracks in their absence.
Being in the office also means you’ll benefit from working closely with colleagues across departments, fostering strong relationships and building the day‑to‑day collaboration that makes our team exceptional.
