Inside Sales Co-ordinator

Raytec are excited to be looking for an experienced Inside Sales Co-ordinator. The role is a rare opportunity to join our established team as we continue our growth journey.

Purpose of the Job

·Liaising between the sales team and clients to ensure all relevant information is gained.

·Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations.

·Offering excellent customer service to new and existing clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

·Support sales and marketing efforts in the assigned territories: USA, Canada & Latin America

·Provide support and build relationships with our existing integration, distribution and OEM partners as required

·Answer phone and email inquiries, this can relate to: General product knowledge Sales related questions

·Handle customer complaints/issues/returns and work to resolve them to their satisfaction

·Update & maintain CRM database & opportunity pipeline; generate sales reports when required by sales team

·Preparing quotes & proposals for customers using internal systems

·Maintain & prepare sales and inventory reports/analyses including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.

·Proactively communicate with existing and potential customers to promote the sales of our products & ensure customer satisfaction post-sales

·Communicate & assist customers via Live Chat platform

·Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

·Support sales representatives with necessary product, literature, manufacturing, and customer information

·Attend sales and marketing meetings as needed, sometimes offsite

·Maintain and update price lists and distribute accordingly to customers/distributors/partners

·Assist with special projects as requested

Essential

·Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.

·Ability to manage several tasks concurrently, to prioritize and reorganize as required

·Quick thinking and responsive

·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·Knowledge of MS Office Suites, esp. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word

·Adaptable and able to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and time constraints

·Ability to communicate well with colleagues, collaborates and contributes

·Work independently without constant supervision

Desirable

·High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field

·Knowledge of CRMs

·A good knowledge of Spanish language

Location

The role of Inside Sales Co-ordinator requires working from our office in Ottawa, Ontario from Monday - Friday.
