As an Inside Sales Consultant at PACE, youll drive new business by qualifying leads and booking meetings for our Employee Benefits Advisors. This role is about building strong funnels through outbound calls, strategic outreach, and consistent follow-up, with support, training, and a clear path for growth.

What Youll Do
  • Drive new business by making outbound calls to qualified prospects using leads provided by PACE
  • Generate interest, ask the right questions, and book high-quality meetings for our Employee Benefits Advisors
  • Learn to identify key details about a prospects benefits landscape; group size, renewal dates, current carriers and use that info to strengthen the sales funnel
  • Build relationships with decision-makers through strategic outreach and professional follow-ups
  • Consistently hit your weekly call and meeting goals with the help of dedicated coaching and sales support
  • Keep your pipeline and activity clean and organized using our CRM tools
What Were Looking For
  • 12 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in generating results
  • Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • A self-starter whos organized, goal-driven, and coachable
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
