A leading nutrition consulting practice in Calgary is looking for a Full-time Inside Sales Consultant. This role focuses on managing incoming patient referrals and client inquiries without cold calling. Candidates should have at least 2 years of B2C consultative sales experience, ideally in healthcare. The position offers a salary plus commissions, with a total income potential between $65,000 and $80,000, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Their team of private practice Registered Dietitians provide scientific, evidence-based nutrition consulting services, resources and tools that help people achieve improved health, mental health and wellness.
They are excited to expand their sales team with a Full-time Inside Sales Consultant to help manage and follow-up on incoming patient referrals, client inquiries, and warm sales leads. This is aconsultative, inbound-only sales role (no cold calling required). Your focus is on helping prospective clients feel welcome, supported, and confident as they begin their nutrition and healthcare journey. You will work on-site at their clinic location and collaborate with the Sales Manager and the client experience team to guide clients through service offerings.
Qualified candidates possess B2C consultative sales experience with a passion and drive to make a difference and to win. Relevant sales experience includes 2+ years in a client-facing consultative sales and service role, ideally within the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of health and wellness, and personal values of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a healthcare sales professional you measure success by both client impact and doing good in the world, as well as sales performance.
This is a Full-time and on-site position working at their centrally located clinic, Monday to Friday regular business hours. Compensation includes salary and commissions (based on achievement of sales targets) with total income potential of $65-80K and lots of opportunity for growth and advancement for those who excel.
