Overview

ProConnect is the Inside Sales Centre (ISC) and beginning of the customer journey through our Renewal by Andersen (RbA) window and door replacement companies. This call centre maximizes opportunities for our sales reps AND makes a positive “connection” with potential customers.

RbA is the exclusive start-to-finish retail window and patio door replacement division of Andersen Corporation -- the most recognized window brand in North America. Our British Columbia locations are known for outstanding sales performance, world class customer experience, and excellent employee support.

Role

Your core responsibility is to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. This includes following a script, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and ensuring good, quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants.

This position requires someone comfortable connecting with people. You will be responsible for booking 8-10 meetings each day as well as making 80+ calls. Experience with construction and home renovations space considered an asset.

The Person

2+ Years experience working in a fast paced Sales environment, can be in person or over the phone. You are comfortable consultive selling to customers and speaking around home renovations. A proven track record of closing sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively as a team member.

Working Conditions

You get the comfort to work from your own home. Working hours are a rotating shift including some evenings and weekends. Hours of Operations 9am to 7:30pm PST. 8 hour shifts will be assigned 3 weeks in advance, with a mix of opening, closing and weekend availability. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Fast paced environment, supportive team and constantly learning.
