Responsibilities

• Provide pricing assistance and fulfilling any pricing inquiries
• Assist sales staff with calling, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure they are on track
• Present product or service offerings and tailor solutions to client requirements
• Complete necessary administrative work including filing and scheduling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Define project scope, goals deliverables, timelines and resource allocation
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure they align with business objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure project budgets, ensuring cost control with input from Management
• Purchasing experience is an asset
• Professional appearance is required
• Previous Sales and project Management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with speadsheets
• Attention to detail and follow up
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and clients
