We’re looking for a mature, professional Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team — someone who can confidently connect with lawyers, corporate clients, and individuals requiring investigative services.

This is not a high-volume call center role. It’s a consultative, service-oriented sales position ideal for someone who enjoys understanding client needs, following up consistently, and maintaining long-term relationships.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the key link between our investigative team and our clients. You’ll manage your own set of accounts, reconnect with inactive clients, and work closely with leadership to develop and grow the business.

You’ll also act as a Service Manager for your clients — ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in the services provided.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, qualify, and contact potential clients through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Reconnect with past or inactive clients to rebuild relationships and reintroduce services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and explain investigative services clearly and professionally.
  • Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools — track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Work with the marketing team to support outreach and client retention initiatives.
  • Meet achievable sales and activity targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of inside sales, account management, or client service experience.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales funnels / pipelines.
  • Professional maturity to handle sensitive subject matter and communicate with legal professionals.
