We’re looking for a mature, professional Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team — someone who can confidently connect with lawyers, corporate clients, and individuals requiring investigative services.
This is not a high-volume call center role. It’s a consultative, service-oriented sales position ideal for someone who enjoys understanding client needs, following up consistently, and maintaining long-term relationships.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the key link between our investigative team and our clients. You’ll manage your own set of accounts, reconnect with inactive clients, and work closely with leadership to develop and grow the business.
You’ll also act as a Service Manager for your clients — ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in the services provided.
