Roof Centre in Kelowna is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to be the first contact for customers in-store and over the phone, handling sales transactions and related duties.

Compensation is $23-25/hour with full benefits including health, dental, vision, and RRSP match. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy, and the ability to develop new customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, business, accounting, or sales experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a stable and growing company.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch.
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing.
• Providing world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers.
• Complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Other duties as required
