Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Member in good standing of the OCSWSSW.
• Previous experience working in a health care setting (preferably 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to patients in the Inpatient Rehab Unit.
• Maintain standards of practice approved by the profession.
• Work with patients' families to identify person-centered goals.
