Michelin Magog is seeking a Mechanical Product Simulation Engineer for a 15-month contract. You will join the tracks and systems innovation team to deliver key simulations, tools, and methods for future market projects within Michelin's Beyond-Road business line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in finite element numerical simulation (FEA).
• Autonomy in design, optimization, and troubleshooting with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ABAQUS or ANSYS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Track models that meet specific requirements (performance, cost, timing, maturity).
• Define and organize technical studies (simulations, prototypes, DOE) to support understanding and validation.
• Actively participate in innovation planning and content.”
• Support technical team in design exchange.
• Reinforce knowledge on performance, design levers influence, and technology options.
• Exchange with tire experts to explore new options and capitalize knowledge.
