What are your contributions to the team?
  • Manage cross-functional teams and plan innovation features by establishing milestones and progress gates.
  • Assess budgets and required skill sets of team members for planning purposes.
  • Create and maintain schedules and workforce planning tools for multiple cabin design and strategic projects.
  • Help ensure milestones are completed to plan (quality, timing, budget, etc.).
  • Identify key issues and provide the necessary planning and leadership to resolve these issues.
  • Participate in project reviews with partners to assess progress, risks and issues, and ensure that commitments are being achieved.
  • Lead and develop internal governance processes to ensure tracking of key activities and smooth communications to various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc planning and governance updates for senior management.
  • Help to organize and manage data, as well as document processes and lessons learned.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have a university degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent; with minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
  • You have prior experience in Project or Program Management.
  • You have prior experience with planning of creative and concept development projects.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of aircraft interiors development and production.
  • You have prior experience in Industrial Design, Engineering, Aircraft Interiors Integration, project management, or other relevant experience.
  • You are computer literate, particularly in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project) with knowledge of data base management, scheduling and spreadsheets.
