Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or social services innovation, knowledge mobilization, change management, and/or quality improvement.
  • Ability to travel to Villages and Support Office (Kitchener) as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, pilot, evaluate, and scale innovations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Translate project learnings into actionable tools, resources, and strategies for Village teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
  • Support Village teams in identifying and implementing structured improvement projects.
  • Analyze data, summarize findings, and prepare reports and presentations to share results.
  • Build relationships with research and innovation partners, assist with grant writing, and share success stories.
