Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or social services innovation, knowledge mobilization, change management and/or quality improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working remotely and in person.
  • Ability to travel to Villages and Support Office as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, pilot, evaluate, and scale innovations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Translate project learnings into actionable tools and resources for Village teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
  • Support Village teams in implementing structured improvement projects.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations to share results.
  • Build relationships with research and innovation partners.
