Job summary

SOGECLAIR is seeking an experienced avionics systems engineer to design, develop and integrate helicopter avionics. You will define requirements, ensure traceability, and participate in verification, validation, and testing activities.

You will prepare certification documentation and demonstrate compliance with TCCA, FAA and EASA requirements. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, 10+ years in avionics, and strong DO-160/DO-178C/ARP4754A

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, avionics, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in avionics systems development.
• Solid experience in integration and certification of aviation systems.
• Good knowledge of DO-160, DO-178C, ARP4754A and regulatory requirements (TCCA, FAA, EASA).
• Experience with helicopter programs is a plus.
• TCCA authorization for design approvals (DAO Delegate / former DAR) strongly preferred.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE

• Baccalauréat en génie électrique, avionique, aérospatial ou discipline connexe
• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en développement de systèmes avioniques
• Solide expérience en intégration et certification de systèmes aéronautiques
• Bonne connaissance des normes DO-160, DO-178C, ARP4754A et des exigences TCCA, FAA et EASA
• Expérience sur des programmes d'hélicoptères (un atout)
• Autorisation TCCA pour les approbations de conception (TCCA Design Approval Authorization / DAO Delegate / ancien DAR) fortement souhaitée.
