Job summary

BioScript’s Coverdale Clinic in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a registered nurse to lead the clinic team. You’ll ensure a clean, safe environment, manage medication protocols, and uphold patient-centered care with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

Join a role with regular day and evening shifts, ongoing education, and collaboration with physicians and support staff. Travel within a geographic boundary is required, with a focus on leadership, quality care, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with provincial license and 3+ years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of IV initiation and infusion experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations: maintain clean, safe, and professional space for patients and staff.
• Facilitate ongoing education, ensure policy adherence, and oversee medication protocols.
• Oversee staff schedules, resources, and inventory; ensure SOP compliance.
• Mentor and supervise clinical staff, liaising with physicians and support teams.
