Responsibilities:

• Design, execute and successfully complete projects following sound project management methodology and processes established by the IT Practice Lead
• Actively engage in managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables, ensuring that the project objectives and client expectations are exceeded.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on assistance to Help Desk Analysts, using your skills and experience to assist them with escalated issues and sharing best practices.
• Engage directly in hands-on technical tasks, such as configuring servers, managing networks, and troubleshooting end-user equipment, ensuring that you remain deeply involved in the technical aspects of project delivery.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery
• Experience working in a managed services or outsourced IT environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Servers, Networks, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, and End-User equipment is required.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, timely and efficient IT solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required
