  • Automate operational and infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools where appropriate
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors on application deployments, web infrastructure, and system integrations
  • Deploy and manage Windows endpoints using modern endpoint management practices including Intune and Autopilot
  • Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand operational needs, recommend technology solutions, and improve business processes through technology
  • Translate technical concepts, infrastructure risks, and security concerns into clear business‑focused communication for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, configurations, procedures, and operational workflows
  • Assist with procurement, vendor management, licensing, budgeting, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets
  • Build strong working relationships with staff and stakeholders by providing professional, empathetic, and solutions‑oriented support
  • Provide clear communication, training, and guidance to both technical and non‑technical users
