THE WORK

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.”

We are seeking a Land Agent with strong field experience and stakeholder engagement skills to support land access, and landowner relations activities across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. The successful candidate will work directly with private landowners, project stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate the securing of temporary access, manage communications, and enable effective delivery of negotiation and stakeholder coordination services through proactive and respectful property owner engagement.

    • Coordinate and optimize site visits to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
    • Maintain weekly status reports for partners and management
    • Identify, document, and elevate issues or risks impacting land access or stakeholder alignment
    • Support stakeholder negotiations and relationship management activities
    • Work effectively in decentralized, field-based project environments
  • Working Conditions
    • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Demonstrated experience conducting high-volume, in person landowner meetings
    • Client‑centric approach with a proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally to landowners and project stakeholders
    • Experience working in field based or decentralized project environments
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
    • Comfortable preparing structured reports for senior management and clients
    • Experience working with diverse landowner profiles
    • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with project teams
