Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a senior Infrastructure Operations professional in Calgary to lead enterprise modernization, vulnerability management, and observability initiatives. The role emphasizes IAM controls, endpoint management, and automation to improve operational efficiency in cloud and on-prem environments.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with SCOM, SCCM, Intune, and Azure, with a focus on governance, compliance, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure operations and modernization.
• Strong expertise in vulnerability and patch management across large environments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tooling (SCOM, Cloud Monitoring).
• Proficiency with SCCM and Microsoft Intune administration.
• Experience in endpoint modernization, management, and lifecycle operations.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and Privileged Access Controls.
• Experience with service account governance and access management.
• Expertise in infrastructure automation and operational efficiency.
• Strong documentation, standards, compliance, and audit readiness.

• Strong expertise in Vulnerability and Patch Management across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SCOM, Cloud Monitoring, and Infrastructure Observability.
