Senior D365 Finance and Operations / Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior D365 F&O / BI Analyst to take ownership of our integrated data and ERP ecosystem. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our cloud-based manufacturing ERP while transforming business data into actionable intelligence through Power BI.

The Opportunity: Drive Strategic Insights & System Excellence

This role involves a critical balance of ERP application leadership and advanced data modeling. You will serve as the technical lead for our D365 Manufacturing ERP application while simultaneously developing and maintaining our core Business Intelligence reporting capabilities.

Key Focus Areas
  • System Ownership: Lead the D365 Manufacturing ERP application team, managing support escalations, prioritizing requests, and ensuring the timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Optimization: Oversee ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align the system with business goals.
  • Integration & Support: Maintain all existing system integrations and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the application environment.
  • Enablement: Develop and oversee training programs to maximize ERP system adoption and utilization across the organization.
Business Intelligence & Reporting Development (Power Platform)
  • BI Solution Design: Interact with stakeholders (especially Manufacturing Finance) to define new requirements and design visually appealing, insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Data Modeling: Build robust tabular and multidimensional data models, developing advanced‑level calculations using complex DAX functions.
  • Ecosystem Management: Maintain the overall IDMS/BI environment, ensure data source integrity, and implement row‑level security on critical data sets.
  • Integration: Work closely with application developers to integrate Power BI reports into other business applications.
Required Experience & Expertise
  • D365 F&O Expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of Manufacturing Finance, Costing, Inventory Controls, MRP, P2P, and O2C processes.
  • Power BI Mastery: Proven proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and report creation, including strong SQL and DAX skills. Power BI Certification (PL-300) is preferred.
  • Technical Stack: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, Azure services for cloud-based BI solutions, and programming skills in R or Python are beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, deliver results, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
