Under the general supervision of the Manager, Client Engagement and Quality Assurance, the Information Systems Analyst works as part of a team of analysts providing user and product support for enterprise student and curricular systems including ROSI, ROSI Express, Degree Explorer and eMarks. This involves responding to support requests from staff, faculty, and students, delivering training and presentations, and creation and maintenance of system and user documentation and the Student Information Systems website. Information Systems Analysts may participate in development projects with other teams and staff in Student Information Systems.
