Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:*** Analyze identity and access management solutions to identify gaps, technical issues, and opportunities for improvement;* Participate in the drafting and maintenance of identity and access management policies, standards, guidelines and documentation;* Advise business sectors in the application of identity and access management processes and controls;* Formulate recommendations for the continuous improvement of security practices;* Design and deploy access management mechanisms, including assigning, revoking and managing roles;* Ensure that access complies with security requirements and organizational rules;* To take charge of identity and access incidents and to contribute to their resolution;* Collaborate with cybersecurity and access governance teams;* Implement automated mechanisms for periodic review of access;* Participate in the planning, deployment, monitoring and improvement of business processes related to identity and access management.**The profile sought is as follows:*** Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) years in identity and access management;* Master the principles of governance and administration of identities and access;* Plan and support single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and traceability mechanisms;* Use identity federation, role management, access provisioning, and recognized authentication protocols;* Leverage Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments;* Apply the security principles specific to identity and access management;* Participate in the implementation of identity and access management programs, including the definition of requirements and processes;* Adopt a risk-based approach;* Hold a recognized certification in information security, including GIAC, CISSP, CCSP or equivalent certification;* Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical skills;* Communicate effectively with technical teams and business partners.
