  • Design and build dashboards by creating clear and accurate Power BI dashboards that track performance and support business insights
  • Support KPI development by defining, documenting, and refining meaningful KPIs aligned with team objectives
  • Present insights through visualizations and summaries that communicate the IM team’s impact effectively to tell a story with data
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in the data used for reporting and follow best practices for data management to maintain data quality and consistency
  • Keep clear records of data sources, definitions, and report logic for future reference
  • Learn and adapt continuously by staying curious and proactive in improving reporting skills and exploring new tools or techniques
What You Will Bring to ARC

  • Possess strong analytical thinking skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in data, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills to comfortably translate technical data into clear, business-friendly language
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, Excel, or other reporting and visualization tools is an asset
  • Experience in querying databases, data warehouses, and/or data lakes using SQL is an asset
