Qualifications

• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry is considered an asset.
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to established policies and the resident plan of care.
• Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
• Oversee resident care and communicate regularly with families.
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit.
