- Principales Fonctions et Responsabilités
- Administer medications (by IV, IM, and SC) at the patient's home or in a specialized clinic.
- Monitor post-injection/infusion reactions, note, and report all activities according to program protocols.
- Provide patient training on program protocols, individually or in groups.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with training and Innomar policies and procedures.
- Offer regular and predictable availability to respond to appointment scheduling needs efficiently and provide patients with rapid access to necessary treatments.
- Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling, and other departments to define appointment scheduling, treatments, and communication of information.
- Participate regularly in telephone consultations, training sessions, and web meetings with the district manager to share information and respect professional practice standards.
- Consult with physicians, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients regarding product-specific education and program implementation.
- Respect professional nursing standards established by professional associations and the company.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring surveillance and delegation of applicable tasks to RPN/LPN according to provincial professional orders.
- Perform related tasks and functions as needed.
- Expérience et Niveau D’éducation Requis
- Qualified registered nurse (with a valid license from the provincial order of nurses and nurses).
- CPR certificate from a health care provider required.
- At least three years of experience as a registered nurse.
- One year of experience with IV initiation.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or home care is considered an asset.
- ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, as well as central venous lines/port experience, are considered assets.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook (email), and MS Word.
- Access to a home computer with an internet connection, a printer, a fax machine, and a cell phone to make and confirm appointments and assignments.
- Flexibility to provide services for scheduled patient appointments and occasional last-minute appointments.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate with patients, physicians, and our clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with little supervision as part of a larger team.
- Ability to travel to clinics and home care appointments within a defined geographic area.

- Practical knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.

- Holding and maintaining a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver's license.
