Qualifications

• Degree in health-related discipline preferred.
• Current registration with a regulatory body in Ontario.
• Experience as an infection control practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical IPAC leadership to congregate living settings.
• Oversee local IPAC communities of practice.
• Conduct clinical IPAC assessments and audits.

Skills

Strong knowledge of infectious diseases

Proficiency in computer databases

Excellent interpersonal communication

Ability to work collaboratively

Education

Degree in health-related discipline

Current registration with regulatory body in Ontario

Completion of entry-level infection control course
