Job summary

HENNICK FAMILY in Canada seeks a caregiver to provide home-based child care, maintain a safe home environment, and assist with light housekeeping. The role requires live-in availability and English language proficiency.

Work is conducted at the family’s residence with no remote option; optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Candidates should be patient, reliable, flexible and able to manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience an asset for caregiving duties.
• Work must be completed at the physical location with no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Change diapers
• Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Prepare infants and children for rest periods
• Supervise and care for children
• Provide advice and guidance regarding care for newborns and young infants
