We Are Hiring: Infant Educarer

📍 Locations: Woodlands (New Centre, commencing in December 2025)

Are you passionate about nurturing and caring for infants? We are looking for a dedicated and loving Infant Educarer to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for infants aged 2 to 18 months.

Job Responsibilities
  • Care & Nurturing: Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and well-being.
  • Engagement & Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support infants' sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
  • Parent & Educator Partnership: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and well-being.
  • Daily Routines: Assist with feeding, diapering, and nap time, ensuring infants are comfortable and cared for.
  • Safe & Stimulating Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for infants to explore and grow.
Requirements
  • Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) recognized by ECDA
  • Loving, patient, and passionate about working with infants
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and team members
  • Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
