Could you be the full-time Industrialization Team Lead in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are optimized, our products are market-ready, and our industrial requirements align with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, EHS and Quality), lead industrialization activities, and ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll specifically take care of guiding the industrialization team throughout the product development phase, but also ensure the successful implementation of processes that enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
Industrialize products and projects from prototype, serial to maintenance phases. Ensure data, tools and components are always available for production and repairs all along the life cycle.

Engineering degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferably for electrical products
Experience in process engineering, design, lean manufacturing, and industrial operations
Proficiency in ERP tools ("e.g. SAP") for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up
Knowledge of CAD and Product Lifecycle Management tools ("e.g. CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA")
Understanding of Quality, EHS standards, ergonomics, and finance principles
Experience in project management, production management and process FMEA methodologies
Desirable: Familiarity with railway industry practices and signaling products
