Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience operating various steam boilers, air compressors, and HVAC units.
• Hands-on experience and readiness to work hard for an average of 6 hours a day.
• Safe work practices with equipment, materials, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities in utilities and execute planned maintenance shutdowns.
• Manage PM and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure effective utilization of maintenance resources and manage the maintenance budget.
