Your Role

• Determine the specific needs of projects, establish the scope of work, and identify steps and timelines for completion;
• Perform design and calculations related to project requirements;
• Provide technical support to other project managers when required;
• May also be called upon to act as a project manager;
• Draft technical specifications and reports and estimate project costs;
• Coordinate between various stakeholders;
• Provide technical support during construction work;
• Support the development of the team and its members.

About You

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering;
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the mechanical field;
• Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
• Have a solid understanding of the industrial environment;
• Ability to lead mechanical projects.
