Job summary

Husky TechnologiesTM is seeking an Industrial / Manufacturing Engineer to design parts and assemblies, model in NX, and apply GD&T while collaborating with engineers and suppliers. You will lead time studies, optimize layouts, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a Manufacturing Engineering team.

You will gain exposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts, participate in project management, and contribute to efficiency, quality, and manufacturability improvements across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Design parts and assemblies applying engineering principles and manufacturability.
• Perform 3D modeling in NX and conduct FEA.
• Apply GD&T to ensure tolerances and fits.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and suppliers to solve challenges.
• Lead time studies to optimize production sequences.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize factory layout and equipment arrangement.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to product design and process improvements.
• Observe and document time studies across processes.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout development.
