Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the industrial sector.
• Must be qualified on Medical filling process and GMP.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of compressed gases is an asset.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Must be physically fit, have an excellent work ethic and be a quick learner.
• Must be flexible in working hours. Afternoons and/or evening shifts required

Responsibilities

• Prepare empty cylinders for filling.
• Fill and handle high pressure cylinders following safety requirements.
• Responsible for quality and safety control.
• Administration and ongoing process involvement.
• Operate filling equipment and monitor performance.
• Communicate with maintenance and management on issues concerning cylinders.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety practices.
• Produce quality product within required time frame.
• Perform quality tests for fill weights, labeling and coding.
• Perform proper cleaning of product tanks.
• Occasionally support other areas if needed.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts.
• Ship cylinders in accordance with TDG regulations.
