  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficient fabric utilization to minimize waste.
  • Inspect fabrics for defects and organize cut pieces for production.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cutting area.

Industrial Sewing & Tailoring

  • Operate industrial sewing machines, including single-needle, serger, cover‑stitch, and other specialized machines.
  • Sew and assemble garments according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Work with various fabrics, particularly stretch materials such as bamboo and cotton jersey.
  • Perform garment alterations, repairs, adjustments, and finishing as required.
  • Inspect completed garments to ensure consistent quality and workmanship.

As part of our collaborative production team, you may also assist with:

  • Garment finishing, pressing, trimming, and labeling.

  • Direct‑to‑garment printing and other garment decoration.
  • Other production‑related tasks as needed.

Training will be provided for additional production responsibilities where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to independently perform both functions with accuracy, efficiency, and minimal supervision.
  • Experience operating industrial cutting equipment and industrial sewing machines.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern layouts, fabric handling, and production techniques.
  • Ability to follow patterns, measurements, and production specifications accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality garments.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
