Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the defense industry.
• Working towards or eligible for P.Eng license.
• Experience with high-mix, mid-volume production environments.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to drive improvement through process mapping and analysis.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps focused on capacity and automation.
• Partner with teams to optimize factory layout.
• Lead FMEA reviews and ROI-based cost-benefit evaluations.
