About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Industrial Engineer to drive the development of our Lean reconditioning. This key role you will lead Lean transformation initiatives, streamline production processes, establish staffing benchmarks and enhance operational efficiency to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate excels in fast‑paced cross‑functional environments and enjoys collaborating directly with shop floor teams to tackle production challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and revise facility layouts using CAD software to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate current layouts and workflow configurations to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop strategic plans for equipment and workstation placements to minimize unnecessary movement and handling.
  • Lead Lean transformation activities including Kaizen events Gemba walks value stream mapping and 5S audits.
  • Implement and support Lean tools such as Just‑in‑Time (JIT) Kanban Standard Work and visual management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with operations teams to develop and document standardized work.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and set staffing model.
  • Work closely with front and line operators to solve problems and identify improvements.
  • Quantify and report on project benefits including ROI cost reductions and efficiency gains.
  • Use statistical and analytical tools (e.g. Pareto analysis SPC) to evaluate process performance and control.
  • Perform trend analysis on process data to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
What Were Looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years of industrial engineering or Lean manufacturing experience in an operational environment.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Lean projects in a lean environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise of Lean principles in a manufacturing or repair setting.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks etc.) for building and site layouts.
  • Skilled in using analytical and statistical tools for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
