In this key role, you will lead Lean transformation initiatives, streamline production processes, establish staffing benchmarks, and enhance operational efficiency to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys collaborating directly with shop floor teams to tackle production challenges.
