Job Description

As a Licensed Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, control systems, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulation and standards.
  • Follow all electrical codes and regulations specific to Ontario.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operations of the facility.
  • Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements
  • Valid Industrial Electrician License (442A Preferred)
  • Previous experience working in an automated industrial facility. (Siemens Step 7 would be an asset)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, machinery, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Must follow all electrical codes and regulations for Ontario.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
