Continuous Improvement Advisor

Your role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting various continuous improvement projects aimed at maximizing operational performance and quality. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will be at the heart of your work.
- Planning, developing, and implementing process optimization and operational performance mechanisms
- Propose and coordinate improvements aimed at productivity, safety, and ergonomics
- Contribute to cost reduction by improving work methods and procedures
- Document and update work procedures and instructions
- Support the production team in implementing projects
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and procurement
- Plan and coordinate subcontractors and the various installation stages
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Inspiring leadership and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction sector (an asset)
