Job summary

Stantec's GTA architectural team seeks a dynamic leader to grow a top-tier industrial practice in Ontario. You will lead design for data centers and industrial facilities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects from briefing to completion.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in data centre and industrial projects, a proven business development track record, and strong client relationship skills. This full-time, on-site role is based in Toronto with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture; Registered Architect (OAA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in data centre and industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership, business development, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for commercial, industrial, and data center projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Deliver project deliverables across all phases while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Lead in-house architectural development and promote best practices.
