Job summary

Transdev Canada is hiring Full-Time Coach Drivers to join our Kitimat team. You will operate industrial coach vehicles, follow routes, and ensure passenger safety and comfort on designated schedules.

We offer a competitive hourly wage and benefits after probation, with a unionized, full-time position in Kitimat. Local residents are encouraged to apply; accommodation and flights are not provided. Average weekly hours are around 40 with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience driving coaches/buses or operating vehicles in an industrial setting.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check including Vulnerable Sector Check if required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate coach vehicles within an industrial setting, transporting passengers to and from worksites.
• Follow designated routes, schedules, site procedures, and all applicable safety requirements.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and required paperwork; report issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle interior daily.
• Submit reports related to passengers, delays, and incidents; communicate with Dispatch.
• Comply with company policies and site safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
