  • Manage Amazon order replenishment, ensuring compliance with performance and delivery guidelines.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Support resolution of Quality Control issues and arrange replacement orders when required.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial purchasing experience with domestic and international suppliers in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Experience in metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, or industrial hardware is considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with MXP is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management concepts and success in building buy plans and resolving inventory issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation paired with business acumen and effective negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and positively influence others.
