SOUTHLAND Transportation is seeking an experienced Industrial Bus Driver for a camp-based, full-time role near Lanigan, SK. You will transport employees to and from job sites with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

The position offers camp accommodation and meals, a Wednesday–Tuesday rotation, and competitive wages. Valid licenses, a clean record, and the ability to pass drug/alcohol testing are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 1A or 2 license with a clean driving abstract.
• Experience in industrial/camp environments is preferred.
• Criminal record must be clear.
• Able to pass drug and alcohol tests.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Complete and document pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the bus while transporting employees to and from sites.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers and handle inquiries professionally.
• Be familiar with company policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork such as fuel and log sheets.
• Maintain a clean, fueled bus and report maintenance needs.

SOUTHLAND Transportation is currently seeking experienced and safety-minded Industrial Bus Drivers to join our team near Lanigan, SK. This is a full-time permanent camp-based position that provides an essential service transporting employees to and from job sites. The schedule will be Wednesday through Tuesday, and camp accommodation and meals are provided.

Duties And Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Wage: $28.00 per hour
