Job summary

Clutch is seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our Vehicle Reconditioning team at an indoor, single-site Toronto location. The role focuses on repairing dents to a high retail standard while preserving the original factory finish.

You will work at one site with a steady flow of vehicles, without client-facing sales duties. Requirements include 2+ years of PDR experience, strong glue pulling and rod work skills, and the ability to assess panel repairability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Paintless Dent Repair experience.
• Experience repairing door dings, body lines, and sharp dents.
• Strong traditional rod work and glue pulling skills.
• Ability to assess PDR repairability before beginning work.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Independent working style and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair dents to a high retail cosmetic standard using rod work, glue pulling, and knockdowns.
• Repair damage including door dings, body lines, and hail damage.
• Assess incoming damage and determine PDR suitability vs. body & refinishing.
• Remove and reinstall trim and hardware to access openings.
• Document repairs with before-and-after photos.
• Inspect repairs to ensure they meet quality standards.
