- 3+ years of full-time management experience in Aboriginal education.
- Knowledge of historical and emerging issues in Aboriginal education.
- Ability to engage with Aboriginal communities and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of workshops and events for Indigenous education.
- Coordinate recruitment strategies for Indigenous students.
- Facilitate access to services for Indigenous learners.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Aboriginal Peoples and cultures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Aboriginal student success literature
Experience in human resource management
Conflict management skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree (preferred)
